Strawberry Banana Protein Waffles
Recipe:
50g Pancake Mix
21g @bioxperformancenutrition Strawberry Banana Isolate
46g Egg Whites
3g Zero Cal Sweetener
2g Xanthan Gum
2g Baking Powder
2g Baking Soda
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients first. Add in egg whites, mix. Add in enough water to make a not too thick or runny batter. Let sit for 5 minutes. The Xanthan Gum will thicken the batter, so you may need to add a bit more water if necessary.
PRO TIP: After baking, toast your protein waffles for a cruncher texture
Topped with fresh blueberries, ground almonds and no sugar added maple syrup
