Makes 3 mini stackable cakes⁣⁠⠀
30g BioX Nutrition Rocky Road Complex Protein Powder⁣⁠⠀
1 tsp Baking Powder⁣⁠⠀
90g Pumpkin Puree⁣⁠⠀
50g Egg Whites⁣⁠⠀

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F⁣⁠
2. Line 3 mini spring form pans with parchment paper⁣⁠⠀
3. Mix dry ingredients together⁣⁠⠀
4. Add wet ingredients and mix well⁣⁠⠀
5. Divide batter evenly between the 3 pans⁣⁠⠀
6. Bake for 15 mins⁣⁠
7. Let cakes fully cool before adding toppings⁣⁠⠀
