Note – Doubled up the waffle recipe which gave me 4 waffles in total. Lou took 3 and I took 1.

WAFFLE RECIPE: (NOT doubled)
• 50g Pancake Mix

  • 21g Vanilla Power Whey Isolate
  • 46g Egg Whites
  • 3g Granulated Stevia
  • 2g Xanthan Gum (when doubled I only put in 3g total)
  • 2g Baking Powder
  • 2g Baking SodaInside:
  • 80g Egg Whites scrambled with 26g Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk
  • 5g Pizza Mozzarella
  • 27g Grape Tomatoes
  • 13g Spinach
  • Served with 30g No Sugar Added Ketchup
