Note – Doubled up the waffle recipe which gave me 4 waffles in total. Lou took 3 and I took 1.
WAFFLE RECIPE: (NOT doubled)
• 50g Pancake Mix
- 21g Vanilla Power Whey Isolate
- 46g Egg Whites
- 3g Granulated Stevia
- 2g Xanthan Gum (when doubled I only put in 3g total)
- 2g Baking Powder
- 2g Baking SodaInside:
- 80g Egg Whites scrambled with 26g Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk
- 5g Pizza Mozzarella
- 27g Grape Tomatoes
- 13g Spinach
- Served with 30g No Sugar Added Ketchup
