Ingredients:
- 3 slices thine-sliced bread
- 1 egg or 3 egg whites for a higher-protein option
- 1-2 scoops BioX Power Whey Isolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- optional toppings: maple syrup, powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Mix 1 egg, 1-2 servings of BioX protein powder, milk, and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Then stir vigorously until well combined.
- Dip pieces of bread into the mixture and cover completely.
- Heat up a larger skillet over medium high.
- Spray skillet with cooking grease.
- Add bread to the skillet and cook for 2 mins on one slide. Flip and cook for another minute, then repeat this process until all the bread is cooked.
- Top with syrup and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
