This cheese cake tastes amazing!!! Usually high protein low fat and carb recipes turn out dry and flavorless. But this cheese cake will satisfy the toughest critics.
Filling and moist (I hate that word) it turned out better than expected.
INGREDIENTS…
- 340g Fat Free Cream Cheese.• 340g Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt• 2 x Large Eggs
• 3/4 cup Sweetener
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 2 x Scoops of BioX Performance Nutrition Whey Protein (the flavour will determine the flavour of your cheese cake)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 15 drops of liquid sweetener
Calories 865
Fat 11g
Saturated Fat 4g
Carbs 37g
Protein 135g
Mix all the ingredients together.
Place mixture in 6-8″ cake tin.
Bake on 160c for 30min.
Turn your oven down to 100c and bake for a further 60min.
Let cool in fridge for 2hrs.
Cream Cheese Icing.
- 2/3 cup of fat free cream cheese• 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.• 1 tablespoon of sweetener
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
