BioX Protein Rice Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 plain rice cakes
- 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 scoop BioX Power Whey Isolate (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1–2 tsp water or milk (optional, to make it spreadable)
- sprinkle of cinnamon, cacao nibs, or unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the BioX whey isolate with the almond butter until smooth. Add a splash of water or milk if it’s too thick to spread.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the rice cakes.
- Top with cinnamon, cacao nibs, or coconut if desired.
Protein: ~20–25g per two rice cakes (depends on how much BioX whey you use).
Pro Tip 💪: For a slightly crispy texture, you can pop the rice cakes in the toaster for 30 seconds before adding the spread
