A high-protein dessert-style snack that feels indulgent but helps you hit your protein goals. No yogurt, no protein balls, and no baking required.

Ingredients (Makes 6 cups)


Cookie Dough Layer

  • 1 scoop BIOX Power Whey Isolate (Vanilla or Chocolate)
  • ½ cup oat flour (blend oats into flour)
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2–3 tbsp almond milk (to adjust texture)
  • 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt

Cheesecake Layer

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
  • ½ scoop BIOX Power Whey Isolate (Vanilla works best)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (optional for richer texture)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix cookie dough ingredients together until a soft dough forms.
  2. Press the cookie dough mixture into silicone muffin liners or small cups.
  3. Blend the cheesecake layer ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough base.
  5. Top with chocolate chips or a sprinkle of crushed nuts.
  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.

  • 15–20 g protein
  • Fibre from oats
  • Healthy fats from nut butter
  • Lower sugar than traditional cheesecake
