BIOX Protein Cookie Dough Cheesecake Cups
(No-Bake)
A high-protein dessert-style snack that feels indulgent but helps you hit your protein goals. No yogurt, no protein balls, and no baking required.
Ingredients (Makes 6 cups)
Cookie Dough Layer
- 1 scoop BIOX Power Whey Isolate (Vanilla or Chocolate)
- ½ cup oat flour (blend oats into flour)
- 3 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2–3 tbsp almond milk (to adjust texture)
- 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt
Cheesecake Layer
- ¾ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
- ½ scoop BIOX Power Whey Isolate (Vanilla works best)
- 1 tbsp cream cheese (optional for richer texture)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Mix cookie dough ingredients together until a soft dough forms.
- Press the cookie dough mixture into silicone muffin liners or small cups.
- Blend the cheesecake layer ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough base.
- Top with chocolate chips or a sprinkle of crushed nuts.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.

- 15–20 g protein
- Fibre from oats
- Healthy fats from nut butter
- Lower sugar than traditional cheesecake
