Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla BioX Power Whey Complex
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Handful of berries or sliced banana
- 1–2 tsp water or milk (optional, to make it spreadable)
- 1 tbsp granola or crushed nuts
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
Instructions
- Mix whey into Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Spread onto a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
- Top with berries, granola, and honey.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours.
- Break into bark pieces and enjoy.
