Ingredients
- 1 scoop BioX Performance Power Whey Isolate (any flavour: vanilla, chocolate, or caramel all work great!)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional for fibre & omega-3s)
- 2–3 tbsp almond milk (adjust for texture)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: a handful of dark chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or crushed nuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, BioX Power Whey Isolate, chia seeds (if using), and sea salt.
- Add peanut butter and honey. Stir well …the mixture will start to come together like cookie dough.
- Gradually add almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is sticky but not wet.
- Fold in any extras (like chocolate chips or coconut flakes).
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray or plate.
- Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
