Using BioX Power Whey Complex Chocolate Peanut Swirl
Ingredients (makes 4–6 doughnuts)
Dry
- 1 scoop chocolate peanut swirl Power Whey Complex
- ½ cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Wet
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Optional glaze
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Tiny splash of milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Bit of whey powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in another.
- Combine until smooth.
- Spoon into a greased doughnut pan.
- Bake for 10–14 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly and drizzle with peanut butter glaze.
Approximate Macros (per doughnut if making 6)
- Protein: ~10–12g
- Soft cake-style texture
- Great warm or chilled
No doughnut pan?
Use:
- muffin tray
- ramekins
- or make “doughnut holes” on a baking sheet.
For extra texture, add:
- crushed peanuts
- dark chocolate chips
- or a swirl of peanut butter before baking.
