I grew up in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada and I’m the only girl in my family. This meant I was thrown into sports at an early age and developed a natural energy! I played hockey, ringette, and in high school I played basketball while being on the swim and track team! I’ve always had a passion for connecting with people and helping them in every way possible. Putting my childhood sports life together with my passion for mental / physical health, I was led down the road to becoming a Psychiatric Nurse / Personal Trainer and even developing into a Health Coach. I fell into competing and I love every minute of it! The personal mental and physical growth is what drives me – I am a very passionate and vibrant person who always want to do more and to give more! In my spare time I spend a lot of time with friends and family creating priceless memories!
