I was born in Vancouver, and raised in Burnaby, British Columbia to a Japanese mother and Iranian father. Fortunately I was born alongside a mirror reflection of myself (a twin), therefore, I have been competitive all my life. This led me to compete in sports including soccer, track and field, cross country, hiking, and swimming, receiving a scholarship in track and field. However, none of these sports stuck with me throughout my adult life except for bodybuilding! I started training recreationally at the age of 14 and started taking it serious at 17.
Although, never competed, I am a natural bodybuilder that coaches others to better their physiques both in person and online. With the knowledge I have received through experience, sport sciences and coaching, I hope to keep helping individuals reach their fitness goals!
