💥Ingredients:⁠

30g Vanilla Isolate⁠⠀
1 tsp Baking Powder⁠⠀
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Seasoning⁠⠀
30g Pumpkin Puree⁠⠀
50g Egg White⁠⠀

💥Glaze Ingredients:

8g Swerve Powdered Sugar⁠⠀
3g Unsweetened Cashew Milk⁠⠀

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F⁠⠀
1. Mix dry ingredients together⁠⠀
2. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly⁠⠀
3. Add batter to silicone donut pan (makes 5 donuts)⁠⠀
4. Bake for 13-15 minutes⁠⠀
5. Let cool before adding glaze⁠⠀
⁠⠀

Topping

Top each donut with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, no sugar added caramel and Bischof Lotus cookie crumbles.⁠⠀

*Note: Try not to drool all over the plate!⁠⠀
