As soon as I saw that BioX had a Cocoa Mocha flavour, I KNEW I had to make a prep/macro friendly Protein Ice Capp. It was magical
Recipe:
- 115g unsweetened cashew milk
- 90g cold coffee
- 15g Cocoa Mocha Power Whey
- 3g Zero Cal Granulated Sweetener
- 0.5g Xanthan GumDirections:
- Blend with ice for 2-3 minutes (I use a ninja blender)
- Topped with 15g Light Whipped Cream and 5g Dark Chocolate ChipsTotal Macros:
- 13g P/10g C/6g F
