Protein Banana Bread??
This may be one of @femmebilliejean’s best and most versatile protein packed creations. This delicious banana bread is the perfect snack for any time of day. Perfect with your morning coffee! ?
2 (~235g) ripe bananas
3/4 Cup (60g) Old Fashioned Oats, ground into flour
3/4 Cup (60g) @bioxperformancenutrition Cookies and Cream Isolate Protein powder
1 Cup (233g) Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 Cup (83g) Egg Whites
1/4 Cup (60g) Unsweetened Applesauce
6g Granulated Zero Cal Sweetener
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. In a large bowl, mash bananas
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
4. Line 2 bread pans with parchment paper and split the mixture into both pans
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes
6. Let Cool & Enjoy!
