Power Pumpkin Spice Latte
• 1 cup of unsweetened nondairy milk (I use cashew milk a lot)
• 1/2 scoop vanilla BioX isolate
• 1/2 cup brewed coffee of choice
• 2 tbsp organic pumpkin purée
• 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
• Sweetener to taste
• Drop or 2 of vanilla
The trick here is to take the protein powder, pumpkin purée and spice and stir it up separately in bottom of the cup adding a bit of water to make it like a paste.
Add hot coffee and heated cashew milk, mixing it all to a smooth consistency.
If any lumps add more hot liquid. Add sweetener to taste and top with a dollop of whip if desired.
For a nice night time drink omit coffee or use decaf.
