Peanut butter banana protein muffins
What you’ll need:
– 2 large ripe bananas – 1 cup Biox Nutri-Nut powdered peanut butter. – 2 eggs. – 1/4 cup honey – 4 Tbsp Biox Power Whey Vanilla protein @bioxperformancenutrition – 1 Tbsp vanilla extract. – 1 tsp baking powder – 1/2 tsp sea salt – 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
What you’ll do:
Preheat oven to 350.
Add all above ingredients EXCEPT the dark chocolate chips together in a bowl and blend until combined. Add chocolate chips and mix in. Portion mixture into lined muffin tins and bake for 13-15min OR until toothpick picked through middle of muffin comes out clean! ENJOY!
