14 Aug Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies
I’m sure you’ve already noticed but I’ve been on a bit of a kick with peanut butter and chocolate.

Clean eating peanut butter chocolate cookies
What you’ll need:
1 cup instant oats
3/4 cup protein powder (I used BioX Performance Nutrition Power Whey complex in the flavor chocolate)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 large egg white
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup peanut butter (again, I used BioX Performance Nutrition Nutri-Nut Powdered PB, it’s got 85% less fat and higher in protein) –
2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
What you’ll do:
Preheat oven to 325°F and line baking sheet. Combine all above ingredients together and blend. Drop cookie dough into 16 rounded scoops and flatten with fork. Bake for 10-14 min. Let cool on pan for 10 min before transferring to a wire rack. NOTE- make sure to measure both the oats and the protein correctly. Too much of either will dry out the cookies and leave them crumbly instead of chewy.
