Oreo Stuffed Frosted Birthday Cake

 

Cake Ingredients:

15g Vanilla Protein Powder
10g Pure Pumpkin Puree
30g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
5g Coconut Flour
46g Egg Whites
2g Calorie Free Sweetener
1g Baking Powder
4g Sprinkles
1 Oreo

Frosting Ingredients:

113g Greek Yogurt
4g Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
2g Calorie Free Sweetener

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven to 350F
2. Mix all of the cake ingredients minus the Oreo together in a small bowl
3. Lightly coat mini springform cheesecake pan with Spray Coconut Oil
4. Place 1/2 – 1/3 of the batter at the bottom of a mini springform cheesecake pan, place in oreo cover Oreo with the remaining batter
5. Bake for 10 mins or until the top of the cake is fully baked (no more wetness) – I find my oven takes between 12-15 minutes usually
