8g of BioX Chocolate Mint Power Whey Complex
10g Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1g Baking Powder
30g Pumpkin Puree
30g Egg Whites
30g Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Coat two mini cast iron pans with spray oil of your liking.
4. Fill pans with batter.
5. Add the mixture to the donut pan, making sure to remove excess batter from the pan’s edges.
6. Cook for 20-25 mins.Use your favourite toppings to complete the dish ?
NOTE: I used: chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, peppermint @mydandies marshmallows, mint chocolate chips and @iconmeals Chocolate Mint Protein Popcorn ?
