I have moved around a lot, all over Canada, but currently live in London, Ontario. The goal is to eventually live somewhere that doesn’t require me to own a winter coat, so we’ll see how long we last here!
I started training after retiring from over 15 years of competitive swimming, and loved that weight training could lead down so many different paths. I competed in bikini, moved to powerlifting, and I’m trying my hand at the new wellness division next. I can’t let go of the big three lifts, and keep my focus on them even through bodybuilding training!
Outside the gym, I love spending time outdoors (in the warmth), reading, and drinking entirely too much coffee.
