Our very own Billie-Jean Nye whipped up a killer version of this incredibly delicious southern staple. If you’ve been craving one recently but have been holding off because it just won’t fit into your macros, well don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.


?1 Pork Tenderloin
?1/2 Yellow Onion
?30g Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
?Parchment Paper
?15g Apple Cider Vinegar
?1 pack of standard broccoli slaw mix.
?30g Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
?1 Splenda packet
?Guy’s Smokey Garlic BBQ Sauce from Low Carb Grocer.
?1 Pack of Rustic Buns


1. Place tenderloin and the 1/2 yellow onion into your slow cooker on low and let cook for 6-7 hours.
2. Once cooked slather your pork in BBQ Sauce
3. Combine all your slaw ingredients in a bowl and mix.
4. Chill for 30 minutes.
5. Top your bun with your pork and slaw.
6. Enjoy!
