M & M Oatmeal Protein Loaf
The scrumptious Protein Oatmeal loaf topped with mini M&Ms you will love!
Ingredients
62g BioX Performance Nutrition Banana Cream Complex Whey Protein Powder
240g Oats, ground into flour⠀
1 tbsp Granulated Sweetener⠀
1 tsp Baking Powder⠀
1/4 tsp Baking Soda⠀
2 tsp Cinnamon⠀
1/4 tsp Nutmeg⠀
1/8 tsp Salt⠀
425g Pumpkin Puree⠀
122g Unsweetened Applesauce⠀
2 tsp Vanilla⠀
118g Egg Whites⠀
60g Unsweetened Cashew Milk⠀
28g Mini M&Ms⠀
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F⠀
2. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper and spray with a non-stick baking spray⠀
3. Combine dry ingredients (except M&Ms) in a bowl⠀
4. In a separate bowl, use a hand blender to blend egg whites for 15 seconds.
5. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until combined⠀
6. Add entire mixture to the lined pan and top with M&Ms⠀
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
