I was born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. I have been competing since 2013 and have placed in the top 5 in each of my last 3 competitions. Outside of bodybuilding I work as a Personal Support worker. I love my career because it is very rewarding. My other hobbies outside of Bodybuilding and training include fishing, camping, and taking long hikes with my fiancé. My favourite BioX products would have to be Power Pump and Power Whey Isolate. I use both all year (pre-contest and offseason). This is just a little bit about me and I am very happy to be a part of the BioX family.
