?20g Cocoa Crispies
?10g Light Cream Cheese
?1 pkg of No Sugar Added Jell-o (flavour of your choice)
?1 cup boiling water
?140g Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
?4g Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
1. Mix in glass dish and let sit in fridge while preparing 2nd layer.
1. Mix well. Carefully and slowly pour over base layer.
Put in the fridge and let it set.
1. Mix place in the fridge for ~10 mins.
Place on top Jell-o layer

20g PROTEIN / 26g CARBS / 2g FAT
Macros with Toppings:
15g Peanut Butter
20g Oh Henry with PB
27g PROTEIN / 40g CARBS / 15g FAT
