Jumble Cookie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

Group 1 -⁣⁠⠀
60g Dates, chopped⁣⁠⠀
80g Raisins⁣⁠⠀
60g Candied Pineapple, chopped⁣⁠⠀
60g Slivered Almonds⁣⁠⠀
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
Group 2 -⁣⁠⠀
65g Light Butter⁣⁠⠀
1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar⁣⁠⠀
1/2 cup Zero Cal Granulated Sweetener⁣⁠⠀
2 Whole Eggs⁣⁠⠀
⁣⁠⠀
Group 3 -⁣⁠⠀
1 cup All Purpose Flour⁣⁠⠀
35g @bioxperformancenutrition Banana Cream Complex Whey Protein Powder⁣⁠
1/2 tsp Baking Powder⁣⁠⠀
1 tsp Baking Soda⁣⁠⠀
1/2 tsp Salt⁣⁠⠀
1/2 tsp Cinnamon⁣⁠⠀
1/4 tsp Nutmeg⁣⁠

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F⁣⁠⠀
2. Mix Group 1 ingredients together in a bowl, put aside⁣⁠⠀
3. In a separate bowl, cream light butter and both sugar replacements together. While continuing to blend, add in one egg at a time (Group 2 ingredients)⁣⁠⠀
4. In a 3rd bowl, mix Group 3 ingredients together⁣⁠⠀
5. Combine Group 3 ingredients into the wet ingredients⁣⁠⠀
6. Fold in Group 1 ingredients⁣⁠⠀
7. Spoon onto a baking sheet⁣⁠⠀
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes
