Jumble Cookie Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
Group 1 -⠀
60g Dates, chopped⠀
80g Raisins⠀
60g Candied Pineapple, chopped⠀
60g Slivered Almonds⠀
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour⠀

Group 2 -⠀
65g Light Butter⠀
1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar⠀
1/2 cup Zero Cal Granulated Sweetener⠀
2 Whole Eggs⠀
⠀
Group 3 -⠀
1 cup All Purpose Flour⠀
35g @bioxperformancenutrition Banana Cream Complex Whey Protein Powder⠀
1/2 tsp Baking Powder⠀
1 tsp Baking Soda⠀
1/2 tsp Salt⠀
1/2 tsp Cinnamon⠀
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F⠀
2. Mix Group 1 ingredients together in a bowl, put aside⠀
3. In a separate bowl, cream light butter and both sugar replacements together. While continuing to blend, add in one egg at a time (Group 2 ingredients)⠀
4. In a 3rd bowl, mix Group 3 ingredients together⠀
5. Combine Group 3 ingredients into the wet ingredients⠀
6. Fold in Group 1 ingredients⠀
7. Spoon onto a baking sheet⠀
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes
