Easter Egg Oreo Protein Cake
Ingredients:
30g Banana Cream Complex
1 tsp Baking Powder
90g Pumpkin Puree
50g Egg Whites
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Line 3 mini springform pans with parchment paper
3. Mix dry ingredients together then add in wet ingredients. Mix well.
4. Divide batter between the the 3 pans
5. Bake for 15 mins
6. Let fully cool before icing your cake
Icing ingredients:
60g Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
2g Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
(Mix together and that’s all!)
