@bioxperformancenutrition Rocky Road Protein Frosty topped with:
25g Black Bean Brownies
1.5 servings of Light Whipped Cream
2 servings of Chocolate Ice Cream
1 serving of @theflexibledietinglifestyleCookie Nookie with Chocolate Chips
25g Reese PB Oh Henry
and a chocolate protein glaze made of @bioxperformancenutrition Chocolate Nutri-Nut, cocoa powder, and water
Macros for entire dessert:
35g PRO/ 82g CHO/ 24g FAT
76g Devil’s Food Cake Mix (I use Great Value brand from Wal-Mart)
60g Chocolate Peanut Swirl Protein Powder
100g Diet Soda (I used Great Value Diet Cola)
- preheat oven to 325F
- Mix ingredients. Spray donut pan with Baking Spray Oil (make sure it is the baking one, it has flour in it, and this is crucial in keeping the batter from sticking).
- Bake for 7-9 mins. Makes approx. Nine donuts
