Ingredients:
60g Buttermilk Pancake Mix
30g @bioxperformancenutrition Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Whey Complex
2g Zero Cal Sweetener
2g Baking Powder
2g Baking Soda
1g Xanthan Gum
50g Egg Whites

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add egg whites.
While using a hand mixer, add in just enough water to make a batter texture. Then add a little bit more.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken up.
Bake and eat!
