Mini cast iron pizza cookies for this holiday Monday. I really couldn’t go wrong 🖤
🔸8g Chocolate Peanut Swirl Protein by @bioxperformancenutrition
🔸10g Coconut Flour
🔸2g Zero Cal Granulated Sweetener
🔸1g Baking Powder
🔸15g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
🔸15g Pumpkin Puree
🔸30mL Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk
🔸30g Egg Whites
🔸5g Chocolate Chips
Topped with a peanut sauce made from 8g @bioxperformancenutrition Nutri-Nut mixed with water
1. Preheat over to 400F.
2. Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a small bowl.
3. Lightly spray mini cast iron pans with spray oil.
4. Split the mixture into the two cast iron pans and place chocolate chips into each.
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
6. Top with Nutri Nut drizzle, ice cream, whipped cream – Anything delicious!
NOTE: Check to make sure they are fully cooked as baking time may vary. I’ve had to cook them for a bit longer before.
