I finally made my own smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk
Handful of Spinach
15g Vanilla Protein Powder by @bioxperformancenutrition
150g Frozen Blueberries
1g Guar Gum (replacement for Xanthan Gum – some people find it more gentle on their stomach)
Blend with ice until smooth
Toppings:
15g Puffed Wheat Cereal
25g Pumpkin Spice Mini Wheats
