Black Bean Rocky Road Protein Brownies

 

Ingredients:

540mL canned Black Beans, drained and rinsed
35g Protein Powder of choice. My recommendations: Rocky Road or Mint Chocolate Chip
4g Zero Cal Sweetener
1Tbsp Baking Powder
25g Baking Cocoa
2tsp Sugar Free Peanut Butter Syrup or Peppermint (depending on flavour of protein powder). You can also do 2tsp Vanilla
60g Natural Peanut Butter
60g Mrs. Buttersworth No Sugar Added Syrup
63g Egg Whites

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Place all ingredients in a food processor (I use a Ninja Blender)
3. Blend well! You may need to take a spatula to the edges then continue blending
4. Line a 8X8 inch Walton Baking Pan with parchment paper and place your brownie batter inside
5. Bake for 18-20 mins
6. Let cool and DEVOUR!

Macros for 55g serving with toppings:

9g PROTEIN /15g CARBS /5g FAT
