20 Jul BioX Power Cookie Dough Balls
I will warn you now – you may want to make a double batch of these – they are THAT good you will eat the batter before you ever roll one! You may want to freeze some. 🙂
1 cup oats
1/3 cup maple syrup or sugar free sweetener
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup semi sweet choc chips
1 scoop Chocolate Isolate or flavour of choice
Mix all ingredients and roll into balls and Chill to set.
Makes approx 20 balls. You can use less choc chips for less sweetness.
If you use a powder sweetener or stevia drops you may want to add a tbsp or 2 of liquid.
Approx nutrition each ball: 114 cal, 4g Pro, 8g Fat, 6g Carbs, 2g fiber.
If you use higher calorie sweetener (honey) calories and carbs will be higher. If you use reduced fat shredded coconut, fat content will be lower.
