It is Christmas Eve and I am in the spirit of the season – cooking, baking, wrapping! It’s nice to indulge a little over the holidays but you don’t have to go crazy and can keep yourself in check by including some healthful treats in the mix. My Peppermint mocha shake is just that – and will trick your health minded brain – for a few minutes anyway until dinner is ready.
😉 So skip the sugary Starbucks Peppermint Mocha and make your own version at home for a fraction of the cost and sugar grams!
1 scoop BioX Cocoa Mocha protein
1/3 cup Mint Chocolate Coconut milk
Blend and serve, feel free to add peppermint extract and a little whip. Omit the ice and add to your coffee to make a yummy hot Peppermint Mocha!
