I was born in Vancouver to an Iranian father and Japanese mother and raised in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Growing up with a twin brother, there was no shortage of competition. This allowed me to compete in nearly every sport at a young age. However, soccer was the sport I focused on the most.
Nonetheless, in my adult life, bodybuilding is the only sport that I continued doing. Bodybuilding has always kept me disciplined and consistent with my health and fitness. Starting to lift at around fourteen years of age, while staying consistent with training and diet for more than a decade.
The passion I had for health and fitness, led me to further my education receiving my diploma in B.C Sport Science.
With the knowledge and experience I have with training and diet, I now help other individuals reach their health and fitness goals.
