I have 12 years of strength training and several years of bodybuilding training with two top 2 placings. I am currently in school to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), and in prep for my first powerlifting meet . My goal is to squat 700lbs while weighing under 190lbs. For the last 2 years I’ve been expanding my knowledge on the topic of human mechanics, strength, and hypertrophy to provide more value to my clients.
