Apple Pie Oreo Protein Waffles

 

Ingredients:

60g Buttermilk Pancake Mix (do NOT use “complete” pancake mix)
30g Vanilla Protein Powder
2g Zero Cal Sweetener
2g Baking Powder
2g Baking Soda
1g Xanthan Gum
50g Egg Whites
Cinnamon to taste (I use a lot because I LOVE cinnamon)

Directions:
1. Mix together all of the dry ingredients
2. Add in egg whites
3. While using an electric hand mixer, slowly add enough water to make a batter consistency. I would recommend adding a slight bit of extra water as you will want to let it sit for 5 – 10 minutes. During this time, the batter will thicken up slightly. If need be, add more water
4. Bake using the waffle maker of your choice

Macros for the waffles only:
28g PRO/ 50g CHO/ 0.7g FAT

Macros with toppings:
29g PROTEIN / 80g CARBS / 9g FAT
